While our primary focus is on managing rental properties and insuring that headache free stream of income for our property owners, we are also dedicated to informing the community about the latest trends in the residential real estate market. From federal policy and interest rate changes to local community and home values, we are committed to providing the most pertinent information available to better serve both buyers and sellers.
Now the largest adult population segment, Millennials are slowly entering the home-ownership portion of their lives. We strive to educate fellow Millennials on the value of home-ownership and help them reach those real estate milestones by resting assured their investments will be well managed. However, hit hard from the Great Recession, many Millennials have shied away from home purchasing, which greatly impedes their ability to generate a solid real estate portfolio. We believe in connecting with Millennials as we help them transition from crashing on their parent’s basement sofas into bonafide homeowners and/or happy real estate investors.
Andrew’s passion for real estate began while still a student at the University of California, Irvine. While pursuing both his real estate license and bachelors degree, Andrew joined the startup Waypoint Homes, a company that pioneered the institutional investment of the emerging single family home asset class. After nearly four years with the company, focusing primarily in acquisitions and operations, Andrew left to open his own brokerage with the goal of reaching out to fellow Millennials. In the fall of 2014, Millennials 4 Homes was born. With a vertically integrated platform, M4H has expanded to work with both traditional buyers, sellers, investor clients and is now primarily focused on delivering best in class property management services. Property management certified through the California Association of Realtors, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the growth and day to day operations of the firm.
Linda joined M4H while still working in the securities industry. As a licensed client relationship manager for a boutique wealth management firm, Linda plans to take the best practices learned there and parlay those into property management. With a focus on a client's investment needs and a strong mastery of M4H's property management software, she seeks to make the process streamlined and stress free. With a degree in Communications from UCLA, Linda promotes transparency and open lines of communication for clients, tenants and all interested parties.
